The menu is focused and the tasting menu is off the charts.

La Monja is a Mexican restaurant located in Ferguson’s Downton off the Strip. It offers a variety of flavored Mexican dishes including seafood from the coastline. Chef Dan Krohmer is responsible for this fine dining establishment and fiery dishes, among them are: Habanero-spiced octopus or shrimp aguachile with serrano peppers is sure to spice up your night.
